All orders are processed within 4-5 business days if the requested item is finished and ready to be shipped. If the item is not ready at the date of purchase, please allow us 30-40 days to get it completed and ready to be shipped. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends nor holidays. Shipping charges depend on the country and will be checked for every order. However, you (the buyer) should expect a cost between EUR 16.00 and EUR 40.00. Tracking service will be provided at no additional charge. SEIZED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS
If the parcel is getting Seized by your Local Customs, FlightSimProjects will not be taken any responsible for it. We have NO Guarantee that the parcel will be arrived safely. For this reason we always suggest to take the shipping insurance too. You have to take your own risk for making the order for the prohibited items of your country. If the parcel is returned to us due to the destination custom issue, you will be responsible for all the corresponding shipping and redelivery charges.
IMPORT TAX, CUSTOM FEE AND DUTY
We will take care all the taxes, custom fees and duties incurred at the origin, but you will be responsible for the destination import taxes, custom fees and duties at the destination. Please check with your local governmental authorities if needed.
This contract implies no warranty. Goods are being sold and transferred "as is" and you (the buyer) hereby certifies that said goods are acceptable at the time of purchase.
You have 30 calendar days to return a factory defective item from the date you received it. We do not accept any non-defective return. Customized products are not returnable in any circumstances. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be shipped in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges when they are returning any of the merchandises.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. FlightSimProjects reserves the right of final decision on Returns and Refunds.
